- Moved to Ontario in 1982

- Educator for almost 40 years
- Eastern Ontario trainer and technical specialist for Celebrating Life Ministries
- As a classroom teacher I taught math and computer programming to secondary school students
- As a Department Head of Computer Technology I provided resources and support to teachers within my department
- As network site administrator I maintained the technology infrastructure within our school and provided technology support to all classroom teachers
- As a school board technology facilitator I helped plan, support and implement the integration of technology into the classrooms of 122 elementary and secondary schools
- Owned and managed Innovative Tutoring Agency for three years
- Teacher, committee(s) leader and deacon in my local church for over 30 years
